☞ Items are all checked before posting thus there is no refund or exchange at ezrabelle ❤

☞ Colour of item may be due to variations with your computer resolution settings.

☞ There may be a 1-2cm difference in our stated measurements. Any discrepancies are not considered a defect.

☞ ezrabelle ❤ highly recommends that our customers may opt for Registered Postage for the delivery of their goodies. We regret to inform that we will not be liable for items lost via normal delivery.

☞ Do note that once order forms are sent, goods are considered sold.

☞ Order forms and payments not made within 24hours will be considered forfeited to the next customer. Dead buyers will also be noted.

☞ All prices stated are final. Orders will only be sent via postage as we do not do meetups.

☞ Paypal requires a small sum of transaction fee, this will be borne by customer for all payments through Paypal. This will be reflected at Paypal's checkout as "Postage Method" & it will be calculated to be 5% of your total order.
